Pinecone Press Bookclub is designed to help you educate your customers to new ideas, techniques and styles through the use of our technique books, specially designed kits and supporting documents. With this combination you will create a more educated customer, who will not only learn, they will purchase more products from you.
The way it works is simple. Like traditional Bookclubs, your club will have a new Pinecone Press book each month. After working with their book and a kit at home, they meet together the following month to discuss their views and opinions of the book. The difference with the Pinecone Press Bookclub is that along with the technique books and kits, study documents are created which go with the selected book each month. When the members gather together to discuss the book they will also bring the projects that they have created with their kits. These monthly meetings are a time when your members will share and learn from each other. Month after month as your group continues to meet and grow the members will become more comfortable and confident with their abilities. A knowledgeable customer will not only be loyal, they will become your best customers. The more educated and confident they are the more likely they will be to continue their new learned skills by purchasing the necessary supplies from you.
We do the work for you! We know that your life as a storeowner is very busy and most of your teachers are overworked. That is why we do the work for you. Since we ship to our Bookclub stores first, your customers will be able to buy the new books before they are available anywhere else. The kits contain a range of supplies and tools from a variety of vendors. A monthly Store Owner's Guide, Teacher's Guide, Student Study Guide and a Product Source Guide will be sent to you each month. They will also be posted on-line for you to download. These documents are the key to ordering and marketing products for up-sales after your meeting and to help your teacher prepare for the meeting. We also have a variety of marketing materials available for you.
The goal of Bookclub is to create a loyal customer base, which will set your store apart from the competition. Therefore, we offer new stores exclusivity for six months. We will not allow another store within 20 miles of your location to open a Bookclub chapter during that six-month period. Your customers will not only have the opportunity to share with your group they will be able to go on-line to the PineconePressBookclub.com site to post their layouts in the Gallery section. Between meetings, your customers can also share their thoughts and questions with the authors of the monthly book and other bookclub members found throughout the world. A unique aspect is that your members can "talk" to others who are working with the same book and kits at the same time!
